Ada is Idoma Best Movie of the Year

When Talents Voice Production rolled out nominees for the foiled Idoma Artistes Award Nite (IDAAN) in 2008, Ada, bagged nominees in four different categories.
This year, at the just concluded Miss Idoma Beauty Pageant, the movie was crowned Best Movie of the Year.
The suspense-filled flick produced and directed by award-winning Godwin Ochola of the Otukpo-based St. Godwin Production tells a shocking story of an orphan called Ada (Jane Odoh) who went through hell and tortures in the hand of her step mother, Dorothy Okoko and Uncle, Isaac Ochedikwu due to the untimely demise of her parents.
She was battered and walloped by men and nature, even her cousin Eneh (Pamela Peters) considered her as a waste to her generation. She was sent on exile for refusing to marry Ijachi. After wandering in the wilderness for years, she later returned home amid tears and was sheltered by En'onyeche (Adah Ameh and her childhood friend, Onyeche–Alice Ayegba).
He battered destiny was restored, though after losing her dear husband and son to the icy hand of death.
Nemesis later caught up with her heartless step mother, Dorothy Okoko and her daughter.
Things later turned the other way for her uncle Isaac Ochedikwu.
The flick also starred popular faces like: Ladi Ogbe, Michael Onoja, Ogboji Abraham Ogboji, Frank Ekwo, Abrahm Abogonye Ejike (Chokoli) and among others.
Albiet, with some lapses, Adah sure deserved it.
Kongrats Godwin and co.
